Every class is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're touching a lyra for the first time or returning to dance after years away.

  • Absolutely not! Our beginner classes at Hearth & Hallow are designed for complete newcomers. We start with the basics and build gradually, with safety-certified instructors guiding you every step of the way. Located just minutes from Doylestown, we welcome students of all fitness levels and body types.

  • New students can try 5 classes for $70! This special lets you explore any of our classes - from lyra to pole to dance. Regular drop-in classes are vary based on type of class or community offering, and we offer flexible membership packages starting at $[X]/month.

  • For aerial classes (lyra/hammock), wear fitted clothes that cover your knees and armpits - leggings and a fitted t-shirt or tank top are perfect. For pole, shorts and a tank top work best. For dance classes, comfortable workout wear is great. Avoid jewelry and zippers for aerial classes.

  • Safety is our top priority! Our equipment is professionally rigged, weight-tested to 3000 lbs, and inspected regularly. Our certified instructors ensure proper progression and spotting. We work with each student individually to ensure safe and comfortable progression.

  • Most students who take 2-3 classes per week see noticeable progress in strength and skills within their first month. However, even one class per week will help you build strength and confidence! We're conveniently located near Doylestown, making it easy to maintain a consistent practice.
