You’ve seen the viral videos—now it’s time to experience the thrill of Bungee Fitness for yourself!
Defy gravity and feel the exhilaration of weightlessness in our Bungee Fitness Workshop. This one-of-a-kind experience allows you to use the tension from bungee cords to create beautiful, floating, and flowing movements in the air.
Led by the iconic Lauren "Pinki" Schiavo, owner and founder of Flaunt Fitness, you’ll be guided through a dynamic session filled with cardio-based activities like running, jumping, and lunges. If these types of movements are challenging for you, keep in mind that bungee may require some extra effort.
What to Expect:
▹ Harness-supported movements for an aerial fitness experience.
▹ A mix of cardio, strength, and flowing choreography.
▹ A padded harness for comfort (note: some pinching or pressure may be felt during the class)
Requirements: Ages 17+ Harness sizes available for 22-50″ waists (must fit snugly over the hip bones for safety and effectiveness)
Our rigging is built to safely support all participants.
Important Notes: We do NOT recommend Bungee classes for individuals who are: Pregnant, recovering from surgery in the past six months, experiencing chronic pain or medical conditions involving shoulders, wrists, hands, or lower back
Attire:
▹ Clean gym shoes (indoor only) or grippy socks.
▹ Two layers of leggings or shorts (padded bike shorts are a great option!)
▹ Fitted tops (helpful for going upside down)
Bring a water bottle—you’ll work up a sweat!
