Join us for a high-energy 60-minute POUND® fitness pop-up! Get ready to unleash your inner rockstar in a 45-minute full-body cardio jam session, combining rhythmic drumming, strength training, and energizing movement.

Using Ripstix® (lightly weighted drumsticks), you'll sweat, sculpt, and rock out to the beat - no experience needed!

After the workout, we’ll take 15 minutes to cool down and stretch, breathe, and connect with your fellow rockstars. This is also your time to capture the moment! Feel free to snap pictures, take videos, and celebrate your POUND® experience with your crew.

Whether you're here to sweat, de-stress, or just have fun, this session is all about movement, music, and community. Bring water, wear comfortable workout gear, and get ready to pound it out!
